Iron and Wine

我很容易陷入停不住的回圈思考狀態。
就算腦袋很重很打結，想來想也對事情沒有任何幫助，卻也很難停下來。
還好沒有嚴重到失眠，但偶爾還是很難入睡。

這時候就要靠Iron把自己打昏，Wine讓自己醉倒。

其實不是啦！
Iron and Wine是個一人樂團，好好聽好溫柔。
完全讓我忙碌的腦袋放鬆，在公車上聽也可以秒睡。好喜歡哪～～～
目前他的專輯 “The Creek Drank the Cradle”我還沒聽完一半，因為超好睡的！！！
（因為好睡而喜歡的樂團好像怪怪的 XDD)
